4-ingredients Tomato Toast Recipe

  • 4 slices of sourdough, toasted
  • mayonnaise
  • 2 small ripe tomatoes, cut into ⅛" thick slices
  • flaked sea salt
  • chopped chives, optional


  • Slather the sourdough slices with desired amount of mayo. Top with slices of tomato, sprinkle generously with salt and chopped chives. Serve immediately.
