• Orders can be placed directly at our store, through phone, or via our official website/platforms (if applicable).

• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

• We accept cash, UPI, card payments, and other available payment methods.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST and may change without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• We offer store pickup and local delivery within Trichy (subject to availability).

• Delivery charges may apply depending on the distance and order size.

• Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen reasons.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Foodoray is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Quality and Consumption

• Our sweets and snacks are best consumed fresh. Each product may have a specific shelf life which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• Foodoray is not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage or consumption after the recommended time.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Once prepared and delivered/picked up, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

• In case of wrong or damaged items delivered, customers must inform us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery). Replacement or compensation will be handled at our discretion.

7. Allergies and Health Disclaimer

• Customers are requested to check the ingredients before consumption.

• Our products may contain or come in contact with allergens such as nuts, milk, gluten, and oil.

• Foodoray is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues caused by consumption.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure correct delivery address and contact details.

• Consume products before the expiry date.

• Handle food with proper care and hygiene.

9. Intellectual Property

• All branding, logos, packaging designs, and promotional content of Foodoray are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
