3-ingredients Strawberry Butter Recipe
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp sugar
- In a large bowl, crush strawberries using the back of a spoon or a potato masher; set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beat butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. With mixer on low speed, add crushed strawberries and confectioners’ sugar, beating just until incorporated.
- Serve immediately.*
*This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Bring to room temperature, about 15 minutes, prior to serving.
Slather this on anything or eat on its own! Have it for breakfast or tea breaks. Goes well with bread, toast, waffles, pancakes, biscuits or anything really!
