Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Trichy city limits.

Delivery outside Trichy may be available on request, subject to additional charges and feasibility.
2. Delivery Timings

Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM on all working days.

Same-day delivery is available for selected items, subject to stock availability.

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
3. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges apply based on distance and order value.

Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers).

Any delivery charges will be communicated clearly at the time of order.
4. Order Processing

Orders must be placed at least 2-3 hours in advance for fresh preparation.

Festival and bulk orders may require 24–48 hours advance booking.

Customers will receive confirmation once the order is accepted and scheduled for delivery.
5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate address, contact number, and delivery instructions.

Foodoray is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.
6. Pickup Option

Customers can also choose self-pickup from our store at the scheduled time.

No additional charges apply for pickup orders.
7. Quality and Safety

All sweets and snacks are carefully packed to maintain freshness and quality during delivery.

Foodoray is not liable for damages caused after delivery/pickup (e.g., improper storage, handling, or delay in consumption).
8. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled.

In case of wrong or damaged items delivered, customers must report within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

Refunds will be issued only in genuine cases, as decided by Foodoray management.
