3-ingredients Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower Recipe
Delicious, simple and healthy way to enjoy cauliflower
- 2½ pounds 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary OR or ¾ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
- Preheat oven to 450°. Toss all ingredients; spread in a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. Roast until tender and lightly browned, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
