At Foodoray, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since we sell fresh and perishable products such as sweets and snacks, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.
1. No Returns
Once the products are sold and handed over (in-store or through delivery), they cannot be returned.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept any items back.
2. No Refunds
Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, taste preferences, or storage issues after delivery/pickup.
3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
Although we do not provide returns or refunds, in rare cases, we may consider replacements if:
The product delivered is damaged during transit
The product is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
Such cases must be reported within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with proof (photo/video).
Final decision will rest with Foodoray management.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.
Proper storage and timely consumption are required as per the nature of the product. Foodoray will not be liable for spoilage after delivery.
