3. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed directly at our store, through phone, or via our official website/platforms (if applicable).
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
We accept cash, UPI, card payments, and other available payment methods.
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST and may change without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Pickup

We offer store pickup and local delivery within Trichy (subject to availability).
Delivery charges may apply depending on the distance and order size.
Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen reasons.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Foodoray is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Quality and Consumption

Our sweets and snacks are best consumed fresh. Each product may have a specific shelf life which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Foodoray is not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage or consumption after the recommended time.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Once prepared and delivered/picked up, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
In case of wrong or damaged items delivered, customers must inform us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery). Replacement or compensation will be handled at our discretion.

7. Allergies and Health Disclaimer

Customers are requested to check the ingredients before consumption.
Our products may contain or come in contact with allergens such as nuts, milk, gluten, and oil.
Foodoray is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues caused by consumption.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure correct delivery address and contact details.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, packaging designs, and promotional content of Foodoray are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
