3-ingredients No-Bake Energy Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups pitted Medjool dates (If dates are not soft, soak them overnight in just enough water to cover)
  • 2 cups organic oats
  • ½ cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Pulse water and dates in a food processor to a thick, smooth paste; use a little water to thin if necessary. It should be the consistency of a thick jam. Add the oats and pulse until blended. Press mixture into the bottom of a glass pan to about 1/2-inch thick and chill. 
    Once chilled and firm, cut and serve.

Enjoy quick, easy healthy snacking in only 5mins. Great for vegans. Can be breakfast on the go too.
