At Foodoray, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since we sell fresh and perishable products such as sweets and snacks, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.

1. No Returns

  • Once the products are sold and handed over (in-store or through delivery), they cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept any items back.

2. No Refunds

  • Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, taste preferences, or storage issues after delivery/pickup.

3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

Although we do not provide returns or refunds, in rare cases, we may consider replacements if:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transit

  • The product is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

  • Such cases must be reported within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with proof (photo/video).

  • Final decision will rest with Foodoray management.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.

  • Proper storage and timely consumption are required as per the nature of the product. Foodoray will not be liable for spoilage after delivery.
